Are You Afraid of the Dark

Are You Afraid of the Dark is a horror anthology kids tv show based on a group of kids called “The Midnight Society”. Members meet in a secret location in the woods and take turns telling their own spooky tales around a campfire.

Each storyteller would begin their story by saying “Submitted for the approval of the Midnight Society” and each story was called “The Tale of The”…um… whatever.

The series aired on Nickelodeon in the United States and lasted for 5 seasons until it was cancelled in 1996. Later on, it returned with a whole new cast for 2 seasons from 1999-2000.
