Crawford Lake is a ghost story about a haunted location in Ontario, Canada. They say the lake is haunted by the ghosts of horses with red glowing eyes.
Legend has it that late one winter day, some men were carrying lumber across the frozen waters of Crawford lake on a horse-drawn sleigh. All of a sudden, the ice broke and the horses sank to the bottom of the lake. They say the horses remain preserved at the bottom of the lake and every night at sunset, they awake. If you stand on the shore, you can see their eyes glowing red from the bottom of the lake.
