28 Days Later is a zombie movie with a soundtrack that was composed by John Murphy. The standout track is titled “In the House in a Heartbeat” and it was featured during one of the films most disturbing sequences. It was also used in the sequel, 28 Weeks Later.
This creepy instrumental song builds gradually creating a sinister tension until it finally reaches an exciting crescendo. It has been used in a number of other movies and TV commercials and is definitely one of the best horror music tracks ever.
